Description: Thick and waxy, but with beautiful combability, this pomade gives you all the hold and height of the red Reuzel, with more tack, bend and hold. It has an excellent sheen but the shine isn't too glossy.
This is a water-based formula, which means it rinses out with just water. It also smells fantastic, like vanilla and wood. Or, as our barber who moonlights as a strip club bouncer can attest, strippers. Seriously, everyone who smells it says it smells just like that.
Brand: Created by the scumbag godfathers of modern old school barbering, Schorem Haarsnijder En Barbier in Rotterdam, Netherlands, the name Reuzel is dutch for lard, a nod to the old days of pomade when the stuff was made from animal fat.
Directions:Apply liberally to dry, pre-styled hair, and comb through into shape. Note that if you apply to damp hair, water-based pomades lose about 2/3 of their hold. If you want great hair, learn to wield that blow dryer.
